Returns & Exchanges
Domestic
For domestic orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items bought on www.betsyadamshop.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a free exchange. All items marked as final sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
If you select REDO at checkout, there is no restocking fee. If you did not select REDO at checkout, a return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected in your account.

International
For international orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items purchased on www.betsyadamshop.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Singapore can request a return label from our return portal. Exchanges are accepted for international orders and customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label from our return portal.
All final sale items under $100 are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected in your account.
If you are attempting to make a return from a country not listed above, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected].Please note that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the order back to us. Include a packing slip or order number with your return. For the return address and further assistance, reach out to our customer service team. For refunds on duties and tariffs, customers must contact their local customs office directly.
